In response to Obama’s call for action, I would change the world with my career as a financial planner. It is no secret that our country is not in the best financial situation right now. My job would help the many people in the country today who are struggling financially. A financial planner’s job is to help others plan their financial future. What is different about my job is that it doesn’t focus solely on a business in whole but each specific individual. For example, instead of helping a company, I would help the company owner.
Right now financial planners are in a high demand and becoming one would be a good opportunity for me and for the people that I will be guiding. I feel that my job will make a significant change in the world because one of our major issues right now is with the economy. Financial planning is an important thing for people to do because it will make a big difference in not only each person’s life, but the economy as a whole. Some specific things I would do for my clients include planning for their education, their retirement, any investments they might be making and their taxes.
In Obama’s State of the Union Address, he talked about how parents should teach their children the importance of learning. It would then be my job to help people plan for furthering their education. In his address he also mentioned that to make a better economy we need success which will require much reform and new ideas. By getting a good education, success will be easier to achieve.
My career as a financial planner will accomplish many things to change the world. I think that financial planners have a big job to do and will help the ecomomy and our country in general significantly.
That is a really good job and every one needs someone who can help with financial problems especially around this time.
ReplyDeleteYou did a good job of relating your peice to your job. I think most Americans need a real education on how finance works. If everyone would aggresively paydown their debt on their mortgage , the saving would be huge. I think spending money in the American economy is better than giving it to the banks.
ReplyDeleteI believe this post is very true! almost every person in this world needs financial help right now, and if they could get financial advice even before they are in a big problem with money i think that is great. i also believe every family should be required to see a finicial advisor at one point or another in there life. whether it is before marriage or before children i think it should be done.
