Obama's State Of The Union Address Question#3
My field of study deals with computers and information technology, and how they can benefit the people around the world. Just like President Obama said “We live and do business in the Information Age.” Almost everything involves using a computer. Anything from registering for classes online or applying for a new job to checking your credit card statements or just staying in touch with the people you know. Our schools, roads, transportation, energy systems, military and communication agencies, the framework of our cities and communities have been greatly enhanced by computers since they became accessible to the general public. The information technology field is constantly growing. Our cities and communities can benefit greatly from the new ideas and innovations in the field.
