I am currently at a near finished state for both my cover letter and resume. I have full drafts of both that need some revision and editing.
During this process it has been a challenge to come up with key strengths that I have that might set me apart from others. On the flip side, that very same challenge has turned into a success as I realize new ways to advertise myself to my peers.
