I already had a resume from a few months ago. I got a promotion at my job in management after wards so I didn’t have that on my resume. I added more detail about my new responsibilities about my new position. I never had my school listed on my resume so I added that on there with my major. I thought of all the things I do at my job and made sure I listed each thing that was important in everyday life.
If I had more time I don’t think I would have developed more because I already had a basic resume done and I have made others all throughout high school, I have three different resumes already. I maybe would have added a little more to the cover letter.
I found that a lot of things I do at my job I can use for any other job or my career, such as communicating, being helpful and caring of others. I value that I enjoy working with other people instead of working alone. Also when I was making my resume I don’t have any job history I only worked that the same place since 10th grade which can look good to a potential employer, it could show that I’m not going to be switching jobs all the time.
