1) My audience was the head of security here @ S.C.C.C. .I used the ethos,pathos ,and logos approach. The majority of it came from the emotional side.
2)There was not alot of paragraph organizing. I tend to be very direct and to the point.
3)In hind site I probably should have 1 paragraph on each and 1 for summary.
How does the ethos, pathos, and logos approach apply to your letter? where in the letter are each of these? Being direct is a skill for sure but sometimes you need to expand on your point to be more clear. also making the project a little longer would not hurt i know the professor tends to want at least a page for each project. You may want to just expand a bit and add a couple of paragraphs.
