1. My audience was the advisement office at SCCC. I explained previous experiences I have had with advisors there.
2. I have 4 paragraphs, an intro where I address the problem, a body where I go into depth about the problem, another body where I make suggestions on what they should change, and a conclusion.
3. The introduction, and the conclusion.
Sounds like you have a good head start on the letter. I have had problems with SCCC advisors too!
