1. My audience in my letter was the manager of customer service for AT&T. I explained to them what happened when I called and how the customer service representative handled it.
2. I organize my paragraphs by introducing my problem in a short sentence then the main paragraph is the problem I called about, then in my second paragraph I explained the situation that accrued. The third is the conclusion paragraph.
3. I feel like I could have used a little more time and attention on the 2nd paragraph.
What was the situation?
