Letter of complaint questions
1. Explain who your audience is and how you approached them in your letter. In other words, what did you literally say or think that helped you write for this audience.
My Audience was the employees of Suffolk County Transit. I wapproached them with disdain towards how the bus system was run and the competance of their employees.
2. How did you go about organizing your paragraphs?
I organized my paragraphs with an introduction containing my name, information, and my general complaints regarding the bus system. The second paragraph I wrote told a story of a particular instance in which I was particularly unhappy. The third concluded with a request for them to look into the problems for the sake of myself, and everyone who uses their services.
3. What were some areas of your letter felt needed more attention, needed to be reworked or developed?
I am overall happy with my letter of complaint.
I used to take the bus from Hampton Bays to Riverhead. It was always late if it showed up at all. I had to go to the bus stop a scedueled time before the actuall bus I needed to take.
ReplyDeleteTravis I know this is a topic that is important to you. I'm wondering about what your actual complaint is. You don't mention it here. Do you mention it in detail in your letter?
ReplyDeleteMy complaint was their poor service. You know, showing up late, as samantha6 said, or not at all. Sometimes they'll drive right past me. It ridiculous really because it's my only form of transport
