Letter of complaint: self analysis questions

1) My audience is any of the staff of Suffolk County Community College, I didn’t specify in my letter that I wanted it to go to just one person, or a single group of people, it is for any one of the staff who wish to read it.
2) I simple put the main argument of my letter in the first paragraph, then in the second told them why I was arguing in the first place. And for the last short brief paragraph I was simple asking them again to consider my request.
3) Some areas of my letter that I felt needed more attention was when I was telling them what had happened to me, to write the letter, and I feel like I might should have addressed a certain group of people , instead of making it for anyone, cause that’s probably what I should do for the email version. Also I should have made my letter with more technical words to make it seem more sophisticated.

  1. I think that your letter of complaint is going to be good and to the point from what I just read about the questions.

  2. Bryce, I want you to narrow your audience. For me this is really broad. Some readers might find your complaint more valid then others.
