1).The audience in my letter was a whole branch of people and the place where it is held at. What helped me write to this audience is my experience I had with the place itself and people.
2). I didn't really plan on the organization. While I was writing the letter, I went about and organized it.
3). I think that maybe towards the end of my letter needs some revision because that is where it became weak.
it seems we kind of did the same thing for the first question, mine to was for more than one audience.

I want you to narrow your audience. Who would you send your letter to? Wouldn't that help you determine your reader?
