Letter of Complaint
My audience was 7 - Eleven Corp. and the approach was straight forward. I simply stated using the Memo format found in the text that I had problems with their lid/cup spilling the coffee on me when the product was improperly stored. If the cup was bent and then reshaped the lid did not fit properly spilling the contents when tilted. I should have developed the solution more clearly, providing more choices to solve the problem or looked online on the corporate web-site for possible solutions. After completing the assignment I discovered 7-Eleven offered travel mugs that can be refilled at almost half the cost of a regular cup of coffee.
That's crazy, but at least you found the travel mug haha. I usually prefer the coffee cup lids that have the one hole on it and are slightly elevated as opposed to the flat ones
ReplyDeleteIt might be a good idea to take some time making sure you offer solutions to the problem. Keep in mind this might make your argument stronger. Just don't go too overboard.
