Peer Revision
Peer revision gives a second party's perspective on your work of course. It is a first chance to see how the document will be received. This has helped fine tune the project especially on the cover letter and resume for me. On the cover letter the body was weak and then strengthened because of a poor reception. Formatting needed to be change as well as listing the related courses involve in the skill set required for the position for the resume. For the letter of complaint I thought more organization needed to be done through peer revision. The document was a little scattered and the revision did not pick up on that.
